IMMEDIATE NEED: $5,000 SIGN-ON BONUS + Up to $1,500 Extra for Technician Referrals!
Qualified Fiber Optic GPON Installers have the potential to earn up to $6,500 per month.

We have multiple full-time Fiber Optic GPON Installer positions available in Alabama, specifically in Dothan & Pell City. The main responsibilities include installing fiber optic internet services, delivering top-quality service, and providing product education to both residential and commercial customers.
What You’ll Do:
• Perform residential fiber installation
• Must be fully tooled and have a Truck, Van or SUV to carry a ladder
• Must have a 28-footf Fiberglass ladder with midspan hooks and v-rung
• Perform installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of high-speed internet, wiring and equipment of data and voice networks
• Observe all safety rules and regulations
• Assist other technical personnel in the performance of their duties when requested
• Must convey a professional appearance & demeanor when communicating the company's products & services to our customers
• Ask relevant questions to ensure problems are resolved quickly or to clarify information or directions
• Assume all other duties as assigned
What you’ll need
• Experience in the field of residential fiber Installation or cable installation
• Must have their own tools to perform the job
• Android Smart phone required
• Must have Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to include lace up boots with a defined 1/2-inch heel, & safety cones
• Other PPE may be required by local management
• Must be available to work flexible hours. Weekend work may be required
• Must be able to pass background and drug screening
• Must have a good driving record
• Must be able to lift 75+ lbs. continuously
• Must be able to work with minimal supervision & complete tasks assigned timely
