Job Description
We are currently seeking an Aerial Construction Lineman to join our team. Must Be willing to travel
The Aerial Construction Lineman will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining overhead telecommunication lines. The ideal candidate will have experience working with fiber optic and copper cables, as well as a strong understanding of safety procedures related to working at heights.
**Qualifications:**
-High school diploma or equivalent
-Relevant certification or training in --telecommunications or utility line work
-Previous experience as an Aerial Construction Lineman or in a similar role
-Knowledge of fiber optic, Coax, and copper cabling
Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions
-Strong commitment to safety protocols and procedures
-Excellent problem-solving skills
-Good communication and teamwork skills
**Responsibilities:**
Install, maintain, and repair overhead telecommunication lines
Safely climb poles and towers to access equipment and perform necessary tasks
Inspect and test lines to ensure proper functioning
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues with the lines or equipment
Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols while working at heights
Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently
Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used
Attend training sessions to stay current on industry developments and best practices.
