Qualifications
Experienced Fiber Optic Splicing Technician, to include, but not limited to fusion splicing, verification testing and trouble shooting. must carry required insurance.
Other Requirements
Must have your own bucket truck, splicing and testing equipment. Should be able to travel for continued work.
Job Description
Fiber Optic Splice Technician is primarily responsible for fusion splicing, verification testing, troubleshooting, proficient use of diagnostic equipment i.e..OTDR, and fiber optic cable repair. You will be responsible for daily/weekly paperwork, weekly invoicing and daily communication with site supervisor. We pay production, so the more you do the more you get paid. Must have verifiable experience and maintain job site safety.
