Pay
$35 per hour. Hotel and meal per diem. Milage reimbursement.
Qualifications
Extensive experience with Aerial and Underground construction. References are required. This is 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday.
Other Requirements
Valid driver's license, late model reliable vehicle, measuring sticks, camera, phone with internet service, printer, laptop. Must be able to pass drug testing and comply with random drug screening throughout the project. Background checks will be performed, this would not necessarily disqualify you.
Job Description
Telephone pole and pedestal audits. You will be reporting attachment hights, any power or clearance violations, proper bonding, correct down guy attachments to anchors with guy guards, correct placements of aerial cases, correct placement of service drops, placement of pedestals that are spliced with service drops buried to spec. Basically the pole or pedestals must meet New York State requirements.
