Job Description
The Project Manager – Construction manages the full construction project lifecycle, from initial project planning phases through completion. Acts as a liaison between the client and project team members regarding changes or problems. Coordinates all direct communication with client and contractors.
Responsibilities:
Represents the company with the client, with the goal to expand the company’s footprint
Develops and implements strategies meant to assist the region in meeting its critical goals and supporting overall business objectives in the most efficient manner possible.
Identifies and supports implementation of new lines of business to continue growing the local market share within the region
Serves as the main point of contact between locations within the assigned region and corporate leadership
Tracks regional performance and provides reports to management.
Evaluates new business opportunities and recommends services to Senior Management.
Establishes and implements goals within guidelines set by Senior Management.
Acts as a liaison between the client and local team members regarding changes or problems.
Education and Experience: Typically requires a bachelor's degree and 5 or more years of experience. Requires 3+ years of Telecommunications experience in leadership positions.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand, walk, sit
Ability to use hands to handle or feet
Ability to reach with hands and arms
Ability to climb and balance
Ability to stoop, kneel, crouch and crawl
Ability to lift up to 50lbs ITG Communications 2
Ability to maintain all safety expectations
Ability to drive covered vehicle
