Wise Connect Inc. / Gridsource Inc. LLC, seeking Fully Qualified Fiber or Combo Field Techs to do installs and Trouble Ticket repair work and provide excellent Customer Service in The Pacific Northwest.
Billings, Great Falls, Missoula, Butte and Helena Montana

The ideal candidate will be experienced in the field of Fiber Optic Internet and VIOP Installation, for both Single Family Home and Multi-Unit Dwellings.
Must understand the basics of copper wiring for CAT5 troubleshooting and back feeding.
Candidate must have 4wd truck van or SUV with ladder rack, 28-foot fiberglass ladder with V-rung and mid-span hooks, all climbing equipment and be fully tooled within reason.

We are required to work in the cold and bad weather, so please be prepared for that. GFAST, CASA, ATA, Multi-Gig Fusion Splicing, and Ready-links experience is a plus and will place candidate at the front of the line.
Fiber Technicians are engaged with performing installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of high-speed internet. Also, the wiring and equipment of data and voice networks.
Responsibilities:
• Perform Fiber installations
• Observe all safety rules and regulations
• Assist other technical personnel in the performance of their duties when requested
• Must convey a positive and professional appearance and demeanor when communicating the company's products and services to our customers
• Actively support sales and marketing related activities
• Direct customer facing work.
• Accountability/dependability (on time and on load when scheduled and serve on call as needed)
• Teamwork (technical expertise developed to complete work efficiently to achieve work group key service measures)
• Asking relevant questions to ensure problems are resolved quickly or to clarify information or directions
• Assume all other duties as assigned

• Technician must have their own 4WD truck, van or SUV with ladder rack
• Technician must have their own tools to perform the job as well as an Android smart phone
• Technician must have Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) required for the position. Lace up boots with a defined 1/2-inch heel, hard hat, reflective safety vest, fall resistor, and safety cones. Other equipment may be required by local management.
