Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in project management or related field, with certifications PMP, PgMP, or RTPM, 5 years of progressive project management experience in telecommunications/broadband industry, experience in developing and implementing project management methodologies and processes, great leadership, management skills and problem-solving skills, excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget
Job Description
· Develop and implement the strategic vision for the PMO aligned with the company’s overall objectives.
· Establish and maintain project management methodologies, standards and processes.
· Oversee project portfolio management, ensuring projects are prioritized, resourced appropriately, and delivered on time and within budget.
· Continuously assess and improve project management practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
· Collaborate with department heads to allocate resources across projects.
· Identify and mitigate project risks and issues proactively.
· Develop and maintain project performance metrics and KPI’s
· Serve as a primary point of contact for project stakeholders, providing regular updates and managing expectations.
· Lead change management initiatives related to project management processes and methodologies.
· Mentor Tersus Project Managers and Jr Project Managers through a bottom-up leadership approach.
