Qualifications
Must be skilled and properly equipped to set poles in power, transfer attachments to include Telco, remove old poles. A sample COI will also be provided to review insurance requirements.

Job Description
Work is long term with 6 primary customers that we do a combination of FTTH work, pole setting work, transfers, and removals. This ad aimed at adding resources to the pole setting, transfer and removal work. Over 8000 pole sets and over 3000 transfers back logged and growing and targeted to catch up over several years. From there a constant flow will remain through routine maintenance at a consistent and higher volume. Minimum of 700 pole sets is goal for the remainder 2024 but can do more if capable. We have been with these customers ranging from 6 to 32 years here in CT and enjoy great relationships, this is a great opportunity for those looking to establish a reliable long-term position with great pay! There is room for multiple crews, if unable to do Telco transfers, we also have a large volume of CATV and fiber provider transfers available and also long term.
