We are seeking a skilled and experienced Field Supervisor to join our team. As a field supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications. If you have a strong background in construction management and possess excellent supervisory skills, we want to hear from you!
Duties:
Supervise and manage utility construction projects from start to fiinish
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution
Review project plans, blueprints, and specifications
Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues or concerns
Provide guidance and support to field staff
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies

Maintain accurate project documentation
