Job Description
This position is responsible for the following tasks:
•Supervising field technicians and other individuals or groups.
•Developing and promoting a team atmosphere and ensuring the proper support is provided to each technician within the operation.
•Manage and uphold the number of routes that are required.
•Managing day-to-day field operations, communicating with other members of support team, resolving issues and ensuring all technicians are out of the field in a timey manner.
•Managing and investigating customer complaints and damages. This may include contacting the customer, responding to emails, resolving issue and if necessary working with general contractor on repairs.
•Ensuring that all members are in compliance with all field related performance metrics.
•Enforce safety practices are being followed.
•Will be responsible for assisting with the ongoing training of all install technicians. This includes training of new services, improving efficiencies, up-training on existing products and services etc. Continued training is an important factor for success in the market. All technicians must be knowledgeable on new and existing products.
This is long term work with room for advancement. 10 year contract in place.
