Qualifications
Must be experienced with pole transfers and clearing pole violations, must be able to do complex transfers including moving risers, also looking for individuals who can remove / replace poles and set into power when necessary. -- You can do Violations and Transfers and skip the pole removal setting work , or do all 3.. Looking for both types of crews.
Other Requirements
Must be proficient using electronic apps, to track work and quality of work. Apple products work best with our app, Ipads or phones.

Job Title: Telecom Lineman - Pole Transfer, Violation Specialist, pole removal and pole setting

Are you an experienced Telecom Lineman ( crew ) with experience doing Transfers, NESC Violation work, placing and removing poles? We're seeking a skilled professionals to join our team. As a player in our telecommunication infrastructure projects, you'll be responsible for executing Pole Transfer and Pole Violations and or Pole placement/removal with precision and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pole Transfer Work: Execute the relocation of telecommunication lines to optimize network efficiency and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Pole Violation Work: Identify and rectify pole violations, ensuring that all installations adhere to safety and industry regulations.
- Looking for teams who also have the ability to remove and replace poles into power.
- Experience Requirements: A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience as a Telecom Lineman, with a proven track record in the industry.
Safety Compliance: Demonstrate a commitment to safety protocols and regulations, ensuring the well-being of oneself and team members during all tasks.
- Trucks and tools must be in good operating condition and be reliable and running through out your assignment.
Problem-Solving: Exhibit strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot issues that may arise during Pole Transfer and Violation work.
Team Collaboration: Work seamlessly with a diverse team of professionals, including engineers, project managers, and fellow linemen, to achieve project objectives.
