Job Description
RIC LLC. is currently seeking an experienced aerial lineman. Applicant must have a combination of education and relevant work experience totaling two years post-high school or equivalent or two years of work-related experience.
Must have a valid CDL driver’s license, pass all company drug testing, adhere to all safety requirements and training provided by company. Employee needed for Fort Wayne, IN area. Applicant must be able and willing to travel as needed.
RIC LLC specializes in FTTH work in both city and rural environments.

Responsibilities & Duties of Aerial Lineman: (This is an overview, as there will be additional tasks)
• Must be able to back up a truck with a trailer.
• Must be able to lift 75lbs or more.
• Must be able to work in bucket trucks, climb poles and work in manholes.
• Have the ability to read and follow work orders, read prints and work on electronic tablets for daily time and production reporting.
• Perform weekly maintenance inspections on assigned equipment and work vehicle.
• Understand, agree to and perform work in a safe manner. Abide by OSHA and industry safety standards when working with vehicle lift, ladders, harnesses, manholes, traffic control and proper safety equipment/apparel.
