Qualifications
Ability to pass background check and drug screening. Ability to perform physical movements such as bending, shoveling, pushing, and pulling reels of wire. Ability to lift approximately 50 lbs. Ability to work in the DFW area. Ability to work daytime and scheduled nighttime cut over. Ability to complete close out form to submit for work completion on each job. Ability to receive and close out jobs on smart phone, when applicable.

Must have a valid driver's license.
Job Description
We are seeking an experience or related-experience fiber splicers. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Splicing of fiber cable (aerial and underground).
Use of an OTDR.
Working with all cable sizes of Fiber (Ribbon and Single tube fiber).
Use of Fiber splicing equipment.
Strong aptitude for reading prints.
Outside plant utility construction.
Proper procedures of prepping and labeling fibers for all splice enclosures.
Work in residential and commercial areas.
Take before, during, and after photos.
Properly perform lane closures with flaggers, etc.
Be compliant with safety procedures.
