Basic knowledge of AC and DC power, battery handling safety a plus, basic use of common hand tools and ability to solder electronic components, ability to routinely lift a minimum of 50 lbs.

Advanced Powering Services has an immediate opening for a Telecommunications Install Technician.
We are looking for experienced long-term employees, but will train qualified candidates. This position
will require occasional travel and possible weekend work.
Essential Functions:
Setup and configuration of telecommunications equipment
Running CAT 6 cable or Fiber Optic cable, terminating/splicing cables
Perform installations, maintenance, circuit testing, and repairs
Reassemble test equipment for proper operation, document and track repairs performed
