Immediate upon completing onboarding (can start in as few as 3 days)
Pay
Net 30 or early pay with a fee. Rates are piece rates per foot and/or other items such as make Ready work, anchors, u-guard, etc. Early pay (for a percentage/fee) if needed. 4% fee for early pay & can be as soon as 7days-with Supervisor Approval
Qualifications
Must have equipment and experience with all aspects of Aerial Construction of fiber optic and strand. This would include bonding/grounding, anchoring, etc.
Other Requirements
If you are capable of Splicing and Testing that would be a plus.
Job Description
Aerial Construction of strand and fiber as well as some overlash (here and there) but mostly new Construction of fiber and strand (95% new strand and fiber).
The work we have is currently in Williamsburg, VA area being the immediate need. Looks like it's about 80/20 bucket work v/s climbing with 90% front easement. Good running and plenty of footage and materials; roughly 9mos to 1yr work in hand.
