Job Description
We are looking for Cable Supervisor!
What you will do:
-You will have about 16 people in your team, therefore you have to find an individual approach to everyone.
-Create a favorable atmosphere in the team.
-Have problem-solving skills.
-Be ready to come to the aid of your team in force majeure situations, replace the tech if necessary.
-Helping techs to develop and achieve set KPIs
-Conduct training for new employees, as well as prepare technicians for interview. To be a part of production meetings.
-At the start, you will work on the field too
Requirements for candidates:
-Have similar experience 3-4 years of experience (Comcast).
-A valid driver's license and Social Security Number (SSN).
English.
-Ability to pass a drug test and a Background check.
-A white van/SUV/pick-up
-Salary will be discuss with management, but you will have a good rates!
