Aspect Technologies, Inc. is in search of self-motivated, hard-working individuals that work well independently but have excellent customer service skills. Please be advised, this is an Independent Contracting Position (1099).
THIS IS AN 11PM START TIME, OVERNIGHT WORK LOAD

Average Weekly Pay is between $2000 and $3000 per week.
We are looking for HI SPLIT TECHS, YOU WILL NEED A 32 FOOT LADDER AND SAFETY EQUIPMENT
MUST BE ABLE TO PURCHASE OR ALREADY OWN A 32 FOOT FIBERGLASS LADDER
**EXCELLENT RATES FOR EXPERIENCED HI SPLIT TECHNICIANS!!!
Our Company Provides:
Training Program: For candidates meeting specific criteria!
Pay Structure: Technicians are paid on a piece work rate and the rates depend on the location of area (city & state)
Work for Travel Technicians Transparency Bonus & Incentives: Referral Bonus per technician referred, sign on bonus, yearly bonus based on performance, opportunity for growth within the company, and more!

We offer each technician one FREE line of phone service while working with our team.
Experience and or Qualifications:
-Cable Television -High Speed Internet -Digital telephone installation -Troubleshooting, diagnosing, repairing and or replacing subscriber’s equipment -
Superior customer service is a must -Providing customers with information on all services offered -
Carry all equipment needed to finish the job
- Drop tech experience is a plus
- Get in crawl spaces, attics, climb a 32 ft. ladder, etc.

*- Have the ability to multi-task_* - Punctual - Team player Requirements: Required to purchase a list of tools and equipment. (A tool list will be provided) does include at 32 ft. fiberglass ladder with hooks and a ladder rack to fit your vehicle.
Examples of the items needed would be crimpers, testers, safety body belt, drills, screw drivers, and more.
YOU MUST HAVE A TRUCK VAN OR SUV. No cars permitted.
General Liability Policy $1,000,000 limit with Aspect Technologies, Inc. listed as additional insured. YOU MUST PASS A BACKGROUND CHECK AND DRUG SCREEN
Valid Driver's License
Proof of authorization to work in the United States of America.
