Qualifications
Some fiber experience all the way to 15+ yrs experience. Possibly have a place for a fiber manager as well. Daily and weekly reporting with pictures will be required. Strong work ethic and ability to work outside of splicing. Safety, Quality, Production.
Other Requirements
Anything from no tools to full rigs- bucket, van, lab, etc. is possible.

Part time, full time, and/or independent (1099)
Right this moment, a splicer with a few months experience would be good to have, but open to more experience.
Current work is end of the job clean-up- mainline splicing, testing, and documenting. We also have new construction work. Work loads can vary from week to week.
