Job Description
? Perform risk assessment
? Will conduct 90/annual reviews for your direct reports
? Will monitor performance and issue corrective actions when needed.
? Will partner up with the Safety Manager Assistant to make sure compliance is being followed by all company employees.
? Instruct and lead employees on various safety-related topics
? Implement preventive measures
? Enroll and hire new safety employees
? Will conduct 90 days and yearly reviews for your direct reports too.
? Train, manage, and supervise all Safety Inspectors and Safety Manager Assistant.
? Specify process bottlenecks and offer timely solutions
? Test if all the employees are acting in compliance with rules and regulations
? Plan and present reports on accidents and violations and determine causes
? Supervise workplace repair, installations, and any other work that could harm employees’ safety
? Standardize health and safety to remain constant
? Facilitate safety initiatives
? Record injuries on the OSHA/First Aid binder
? Attend all injury claims meetings
? Keep all WC files organized
? Meet with injured employees and hold accommodation meetings to include accommodation letters.
? follow up on work restrictions with the clinic.
? Assemble and maintain relevant registers to ensure compliance
? Document staff information minutes of meetings, and reports collected for management
? Frequently inspect equipment
? Research and execute new materials handling processes
? Evaluate accidents reports and analyze injury case studies
? Lead injury and incidents investigations and evaluation
