Job Description
- Plan horizontal directional drill bore path for installation of conduit, structures, and fiber.
- Verify utility locates for bore paths.
- Assure all located utilities that are in the construction path have been potholed and are visible for bore shot.
- Observe obstacles that may include unlocated or private utilities.
- Perform routine labor (potholing, equipment setup, conduit, set structures, cable placement, cleanup) as required.
- Operate a horizontal directional drill in accordance with company and industry standards.
- Ensure cleanliness and high quality of job sites at all times.
- Be able to properly operate company vehicles (Valid DL - CDL is a plus)
- Perform routine maintenance of equipment (grease, check fluid levels, etc.)
- Work efficiently to complete work in a timely manner, in accordance with our fast-paced team
- Ensure accountability of all tools and materials
- Work with management and field teams to meet daily and weekly planned goals.
