you need all tools required to perform the job safe and correct, pick up with ladders are ok (bucket trucks are better). Viavi 620 or 630 meter, coring tools etc.

I need experienced. Hi split Splicer’s. I’m paying a higher rate than everyone else. I’m a prime. I’m not a broker. There’s a lot of BS on here. Half the people with ads on here are not even a prime in Cincinnati that are looking to hire people… the ones that are, are paying less than I am. I have a lot of skin in the game. I am only looking for quality Splicers. This is a 90% cut market so mod swappers do not fare all to well. I am paying more than everyone else because I demand quality. I’m trying to make a name for myself, and I will settle for nothing less. It’s not about the money for me. I have the nicest facility out of all the primes in the area with two managers running day and night. If you are a seasoned Splicer don’t sell yourself short with these brokers, or primes who only pay you 60-70%. The industry is so watered down because of these people. Compare our rates to the rest and see for yourself. I do require an NDA first. I’m paying more but I’m not gonna let you use me as leverage to your existing customer. It’s a Projects supposed to go until the end of May. I have already secured the next three cities to go to. If you do a good job with me, I will honor your percentage throughout the remainder of the high split projects and bring you along for the whole ride
