Qualifications
Proven Experience in All aspects og FTTH OSP Construction, Fiber splicing and UG. Strong OSP construction knowledge with ability to read/red-line construction drawings. Extensiveknowledge of Aerial Fiber plant. and is periodically called upon to make decisions. Strong Communication skills, thorough and attentive to details, able to prioritize and multitask,proactive and deadline oriented..
Other Requirements
Assign and coordinate work between construction subcontractors, In-House installation crews, drop bury crews, etc., Work closely with customers to achieve timely completion of assigned work, submit reports on all construction activity, daily, weekly and monthly as required, keeping our Tracker up-to-date, Identify, monitor and address problem areas and work to eliminate customer service/quality control issues and complaints.

• Coordinate with contractors, public utilities, equipment vendors, third parties and internal departments to achieve stated goals
• Work closely with customers to achieve timely completion of assigned work.
• Modify design schematics to "as built" documentation, as needed.
• Keeping SmartSheets up-to-date daily.
• Identify, monitor and address problem areas and work to eliminate customer service/quality control issues and complaints.
• Weelkey Touch point call with Corporate.
• Perform quality control checks and proof of performance for all construction activities as well as work-in-progress.
. Collecting and making sure all Doc's as builts are getting passed in..
