Good driving record must be able to climb. Must be able to read print's.

Experience Aerial Crews with bucket trucks an pick-up Trucks with Reel Trailers. Must have all climbing gear. Also need Aerial Crews with reel trailers that can handle 288 fiber.

Must be able to run fiber and strand. Also able to do transfers and must be a team player. Must have lashers reel trailers and the knowledge to follow power. 95% can be done out of a bucket. Need Crew's that wants to do just make ready's and transfers.
