Qualifications
Obtain online certification. Have computer networking skills using wifi and ethernet. Knowledge of Android/iPhone devices and apps. Must be a proficient communicator with customers and have effective time management skills.
Other Requirements
18 years of age or older, pass HughesNet background check, valid DL with a reliable truck or van, all required tools and ladders for satellite installs
Job Description
Pick up equipment from a designated location. Communicate with each customer regarding timely arrivals. Perform quality installations, reinstallations, and repairs that meet HughesNet requirements. Effective use of HughesNet installation app. Obtain and capture all HughesNet required photos and customer signatures. Installations should be clean and neat. Educate customers with product knowledge. Before departure, upload all data. Submit all commission invoices as well as any returned equipment.
