Job Description
Ground Floor position available for the right person who would like to be trained on becoming a Telecommunications Lineman. We are seeking a Driver/Ground Hand to work on one of our Line Trucks installing Fiber Optics and Coaxial cables. This is "On the Job" training.
Position summary: Drive an Aerial Bucket truck or van with a capacity of under 25,900 GVW, primarily for the construction/installation of Broadband Systems utilizing support strand coax or fiber optic cables. Required to assist the Lineman/Foreman while constructing said Systems. Load and unload truck with equipment for daily operations. Must attempt to learn to climb utility poles with an attempt to become a Lineman.
