Previous experience in fiber optic installations telecommunications, or related field preferred. Experience directly with telecom company or 3rd party installer/ repair contractor.

Job Description
Install fiber optic cables and related equipment in customers' homes and businesses.
Splice and terminate fiber optic cables according to industry standards and company procedures.
Test and troubleshoot fiber optic cables to ensure proper performance and functionality.
Provide exceptional customer service and support by answering questions and resolving concerns promptly and professionally.
Adhere to safety regulations and guidelines while working at heights and in tight spaces.
Follow company procedures and guidelines for proper equipment handling and maintenance.
Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time spent on each job.
Stay up to date with new technology, trends, and industry developments related to fiber optic installation and services.
