Are you an experienced underground construction professional looking for an opportunity in the Carolinas? We are currently seeking skilled individuals to join our team for a long-term underground construction project.
Supervisor Responsibilities:
Leadership: Lead and supervise the construction crew in daily operations.
Blueprint Reading: Interpret and follow project specifications provided in maps.
Vault and Ped Installation: Proficiency in setting vaults and peds.
Production Reporting: Maintain accurate records of daily production numbers.
Hands-On: Willingness to get involved in manual work when necessary.
Ground Helper Responsibilities:
Support: Assist the construction crew in project completion.
Plow Operations: Ensure that all peds and vaults are completed behind the plow
General Labor: Participate in various manual tasks as directed by the supervisor.
Qualifications:
Supervisor:
Proven experience in underground construction.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to read and interpret construction maps.
Vault and ped-setting expertise.
Familiarity with restoration processes.
Ground Helpers:
Restoration: Perform restoration tasks as required by the project.
Prior experience in construction or labor-intensive work is a plus.
Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
Ability to work as part of a team.
