Minimum Required Qualifications:
• Have a valid driver’s license
• Knowledge of telecommunications industry a plus
• Utilize proper safety equipment
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English
• Ability to work independently
• ABILITIY TO USE A HAND SHOVEL TO DIG A MINIUM OF 4-6 IN
• MUST HAVE AND BE WILLING TO USE YOUR PERSONAL VEHICLE
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Ability to independently stay on top of new technology in the field.
• Ability to make decisions
• Ability to prioritize and organize effectively
• Ability to make decisions and solve problems while working under pressure
• Ability to show judgment and initiative and to accomplish job duties
• An energetic, forward-thinking and creative individual with high ethical standards and an appropriate professional image;
• Good verbal communications and writing skills
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
• As an DROP BURY INSTALLER you will learn the proper method to install Cable TV, Internet and Phone services.
• Follow all Customer guidelines and specifications.
• Verify all services will be able to be installed on date of future install and report anything that may prevent install from being successful
• Maintain work truck/car appearance.
• Establish positive employee relations through effective communication and ongoing support.
• Provide assistance to other workers engaged in installation activities, using hand tools or other equipment.
• Follow and enforce the Company’s policies and procedures
• Perform other duties as requested
