Qualifications
experience using hardware/software for data collection such as PC's, tablets, IKE, Ocalc, ArcMap, CAD, ArcGIS, Google Earth, and Field Maps. Ability to work outside in different conditions gathering information about locations for hand holes, flower pots, other utilities, and meter points. Previous experience in telecommunications FTTH is beneficial.
Job Description
Support engineering services through the gathering of detailed information along established right of ways. Responsible for identifying the existing field design and help with the layout of a new design by encompassing all points in the field. Project will have a variety of collection points from poles to buried outside plant. Need to be accurate and efficient in gathering details required for the provided design. Work closely with CAD/Design group to overcome obstacles in design. Software and training for software will be provided.
