Crew must have all insurances. WC and GL will be verified through your insurance company. Must have all equipment to complete the job as well as safety equipment of course.
Job Description
Provide labor & equipment to bore in dirt and install microduct bundle (2 - 18mm OD / 14mm ID & 3 - 16mm OD / 12mm ID), (1) #12 tracer wire with minimum of 36" depth of cover, duct caps or plugs, & jetline.
Provide labor & equipment to install 11"x11"x12" flower pots, includes bedding (3/4" clean, crushed gravel) and properly compacted backfill (native soil).
Provide labor & equipment to install 13"x24"x18" handholes, includes bedding (3/4" clean, crushed gravel) and properly compacted backfill (native soil).
Provide labor & equipment to install 17"x30"x24" handholes, includes bedding (3/4" clean, crushed gravel) and properly compacted backfill (native soil).
Provide labor & equipment to install 24"x36"x24" handholes, includes bedding (3/4" clean, crushed gravel) and properly compacted backfill (native soil).
White line, hang pre-construction door hangers & follow AZ811 protocol.
Perform all necessary potholing to positively identify existing utilities, & provide basic traffic control and landscape restoration to as is or better condition.
Conduit, Couplers, Caps, FP, Handholes, Tracer Wire & Jetline to be provided by JK
Furnish close out packages containing the items mutually agreed to by the parties within 15 working days of last day of drilling. (As-builts, Slurry tickets, etc...)
Hard surface restoration costs in excess of $1.00 per linear foot of total construction services completed and accepted by JK will be paid out at the end of each permit as a pass through cost plus 5%.
Hard surface restoration to be completed within 10 working days of drilling completion
Complex Traffic Control defined as anything beyond basic sign setup and cones (requiring tcp) will be treated as a pass through plus 5%
Cobble will be treated as a unit adder at a cost of $9.00FT included on top of regular rate.
Cobble must be verified/approved by JK Prime representative. Will be uploaded into Vitruvi
