Must have a clear understanding of UG construction. Know how to read prints, maintain as-builts/redlines, call in locates, have 3 plus years in supervising crews and running projects. have good communication skills both electronically and verbally.

You will be over seeing the ug construction of conduit, installing fiber and setting vaults. You will be receiving work from our customer and issuing it to our crews which will be mostly drill and missile crews. crews will be submitting weekly invoices to you for approval which you will do once you have qc'd and verified quantities and they have submitted their as-builts to support their invoice. you will be calling in locates for in house crews and making sure subs call in their locates. you will be submitting payroll to the home office and deliverables with invoice info for us to invoice our customer. you must be a strong leader and run your crews not let them run you. you must be computer literate so your able to communicate with our customer to receive work and submit needed paperwork to the home office. this is a long-term project in Greensboro NC and surrounding areas.
