Looking to hire an exceptional Supervisor for our Telecommunications Company!
Supervisor Duties and Responsibilities:
• Demonstrate knowledge of industry standards
• Previous experience 1+ year
• Efficiently research, troubleshoot and provide solutions to job-related items
• Successfully implement quality control techniques/methods to one’s own production
• Provide recommendations/suggestions for quality improvement and work efficiencies
• Perform all other duties as assigned
• Report daily production to company management
• Proven leadership skills and ability to delegate effectively
• Cost and risk management skills and time management skills
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation and problem solver skills
• Ability to make important decisions under pressure
