Qualifications
Must have 2-5 years experience in Aerial construction, Must have your own, Bucket truck/Van, utility truck or utility van with ladder rack or pickup with ladder rack. Must have climbing gear or Fiberglass ladders to complete each transfer. Must have ALL required tools. Must have all safety equipment, Cones, Signs, Traffic Paddles. Along with all PPE.
Other Requirements
You will need to have a 24 inch by 11/16 auger bit along with the standard 18 ich by 11/16 auger bit. Must have all safety harnesses and climbing gear with secondary if climbing. You will need a good smartphone or tablet with internet access to close off your transfers through our close off site.
Job Description
We have 3100 pole transfers for CATV with another 3200 coming in and more after that. Pay is net 15 after invoice then every week there after. Crews are currently making 2500.00 to 5500.00 a week. We map up all our transfers so you know what is around you in your area.
Must be Drug free as there are random drug tests done. Must be drama free. Must have a Business liability and workers compensation policy. If not, you will be given 30 days to obtain it. We can carry you on that but it costs 10% of your payroll for both. You must have ALL tools required to do the work. Chain Hoists, 7/16 impacts etc. We are looking for quality minded people. You must be able to do rear easement poles as well as road side.
