Highschool Diploma/GED or similar. An understanding of aerial construction regarding strand and fiber strongly preferred. Must be able to read prints of projects from paper or devices. Strong communication skills with a sense of leadership and willing to help crews in field if necessary. An understanding of technology as we use a CRM system, sheets, and other apps to help our day to day process. Training is available to have full understanding of our system and processes.

No tools required, will need PPE and a few preferred items to document production and/or record notes if necessary. Will be responsible for your own source of transportation visiting job sites and meeting with crews and the customer on day to day basis. You will be paid a rental fee for using your own vehicle.

Will be responsible for visiting aerial construction crews and verifying proper placement of strand and fiber construction while maintaining safety precautions with PPE and road safety per state and city requirements. Verify a constant update of materials at warehouses provided by the customer to ensure all crews have materials to continue production. You will be responsible for keeping track of daily productions uploaded by crews in our CRM system and verifying production is accurate and up to specs per the customer. This requires visual QC of reported production with a confirmation stating production is accurate and up to specs per the customer. Any questions the crews may have regarding the projects and/or materials will go through you. Any questions you may not be able to answer shall be answered by the Aerial General Manager or the customer themselves depending on the situation.
