Job Description
Safety Filed Inspectors to ensure each construction project is conducting operations in a safe manner for the protection of our employees, clients, subcontractors and the public. Shall ensure that the work site has been examined, and all precautions specified.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Duties include the following (other duties may be assigned):
Inspecting the workplace to identify potential hazards and reporting the findings with recommendations.
The Field Inspector position will oversee productivity and quality of work on daily operations and help setup projects.
Oversees and works with multiple crews. In addition to setting up projects, this position works with customers on issues in the field and relays all information back to the Field Supervisor; coordinates with the Field Supervisor or Outside Plant Manager to ensure customer satisfaction.
Will monitor safety practices at all times and will report findings to the Safety Manager
Monitor and complete the necessary paperwork regarding employee accidents and injuries, in conjunction with Safety
Support Supervisors and Foremen to monitor and enforce all company and outside required safety policies and procedures
Manage all customer complaints in a professional manner.
Able to write necessary reports.
