Composite pricing with Strand, Fiber and adders. Adders transfers, make ready, risers, etc., all pay as adders We will send an NDA and share the rates once it is returned to us.
Qualifications
Must have properly outfitted trucks, tools, insurance to install strand, fiber, Overlash etc. Supervision in field to provide guidance and/or address issues so you can just keep moving forward. We are looking for experienced line crews that are interested in placing and overlash as well with some serious volume (plenty of footage).
Other Requirements
Must have all safety items for PPE such as Hard Hats, boots, Harness, climbing gear, ladders, etc.
Job Description
*We are looking for Fiber Splicers as well as Aerial Crews for New build fiber, strand, installation and construction will be 80% of job with only about 20% being overlash. All aspects that pertain to this is what we do and who we are looking for to perform these functions.
We do have Supervision in the field to help maintain and push things along as well as provide some support when/where needed. We will do our best to keep folks out in front of you to determine any problem areas and add'l support needed like Traffic Control, tree and brush removal (if needed), etc.

This is a long term work with about 1000 miles to build NEW in VA markets.
The avg 3 man crew is putting up @ 18k' or more per week. Our avg crew check is about $17k per week M-F work week. This doesn't mean every single person is going to make this but it should help to determine if worth your while to even contact us. Thanks and hope to hear from folks soon.
