2-3 years Lineman Field Management Experience, Bachelor Degree in related field or 5 year experience in telecommunication construction and or aerial construction. Project Management experience is a plus.

Must have Driver's License, Computer experience (Microsoft & Google), prior management experience, Strong Communication Skills.
Job Description
The Construction Services Project Manager provides Project and Field management for Double Pole Removal construction projects and is accountable for developing and implementing a plan, which supports operational management and overall project viability and financial health. Key duties involve, Double Wood Removal Project Management, Telecommunication Transfer Project Management, Manage equipment and billing for contracts, Field crew management and development.
Responsibilities:
Ensures compliance with DRG Policies and Procedures.
Fosters collaborative and partnering relationship with Field Operations/Construction Managers to deliver successful projects
Participate in proposal and bid development as required.
Responsible for overall project management and customer management for contracts with major telecommunications customers.
Responsible for constructability analysis & engineering planning verification produced by customer
Serve as a single-point of contact, establishing, nurturing and managing customer expectations regarding the project performance and building long-term relationships for the Company.
Manages project performance (scope, safety, quality, schedule, cost, and customer satisfaction) to meet or beat target goals.
Responsible for implementing appropriate document retention process
Responsible for data integrity and timely reporting to management
Accountable for timely billing to customers, including receiving payment
Develop, optimize and update project schedules for multiple, simultaneous large projects using project scheduling software, as necessary
Ability to travel to job sites during project performance period.
Qualifications:
Relevant utility construction experience of 5 years of experience in a foreman or supervisory role.
Experience with Double Pole Removal Management, preferred.
Understanding of operations, contract administration, contract management, processes, and standards, with emphasis in the utility industry.
Experience in Project Planning and Construction Scheduling
Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills (tact, diplomacy, influence, etc.) essential with management, project team, contractors, and customer, both written and verbal.
Excellent computer skills, and experience with Google Chrome or Microsoft software (Sheets, Excel, Powerpoint, Video conferencing etc.)
Ability to prioritize and work with limited direct supervision
Addition Information:
The ideal candidate would be comfortable with traveling from location to location within the client’s service territory. Candidates must be comfortable working full time with a minimum of 40 - 45 hours per week. Compensation based on experience.
