Experience in Aerial and Underground fiber and telephone drops.
Other Requirements
Valid Driver's License, be able to pass background and drug screen, willing to travel throughout Ohio and provide great customer service skills.
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced aerial and underground drop supervisor for our office in Ohio.
This position would be the liaison between our customer and our aerial and underground crews, while assisting our administrative personnel.
1. Assist with obtaining and maintaining workforce for the project as assigned.
2. Assign work to technicians and support associates relative to the needs of the project.
3. Assist with obtaining materials, tools, and equipment for the project.
4. Manage the work in progress by tracking work orders, conducting on-site visits, etc.
5. Inspect the project and ensure that the project was completed with the highest regard to quality.
6. Ensure that any problems are reported and fixed.
7. Follow-up with customer to ensure satisfaction.
8. Perform field quality inspections daily/weekly and ensure the completed work has been inspected. Make sure poor work is resolved or the tech is charged back when not corrected.
This position is eligible for Medical, Vision, Dental and Life Insurance.
A Company Truck will be provided.
