Job Description
Looking for ATX Mod Swappers and Coax Splicers in both Dallas and Rochester. Both Projects are off the ground and have materials and maps in hand. It will take one week from submission of onboarding documents before Spectrum will release you to the field for your own production. Onboarding moves quickly as there is no DT or BG. Active addicts are not hard to spot and will be released immediately. We are not helping atm with Tool Purchases, Hotels, Gas money, Food Money, Phone Bills, ect. Please do not ask. One Expert meters are required but if needed we have a vendor who leases until you can buy. The Tool List is on the rate card.
Individuals will be placed in existing corps we have on the ground. Corps will receive corp pricing and opportunity to run their own market at 90% pass through once proven they are self sufficient and can handle staffing clients needs. WE ARE A SUB CONTRACTOR. If you're looking for the prime, it's not us.
We have had great success of converting techs to OSP with this project. It is a lot like what you are doing now just on a much larger scale. If you're tired of the installation world, have a great work ethic, want larger checks than install pay, and want something different but familiar, this project is for you.
