Education preferred, not required. Experience preferred. Must be able to build strand and fiber/coax. Training is available with limited slots. CDL is a plus but not required for driving bucket trucks.

Be able to operate a bucket truck, read prints, lift heavy weight up to 50 pounds, work in all weather conditions, willing to travel when needed, team work oriented, communication skills, organized, and able to record production daily.

We have an open contract project in San Antonio and are looking to build more in house crews for aerial. Most jobs, if not all, are fiber related. Very few coax jobs. Tons of new build strand and fiber construction all over San Antonio. We also have work coming in neighboring large cities so travel may be needed from time to time. Per diem is offered when travel is needed. Looking to build in house crews with a lineman, driver and ground hand. Any of those three may operate as foreman. Foreman is responsible for recording daily production and reporting to Kyle directly on production. The crew is responsible for conducting route planning based on planned timing to meet deadlines. All materials, equipment, tools, bucket truck, lasher, and reel trailer will be provided. We also cover costs in fuel with a company fuel card, no need for reimbursements. Can provide hard copy print of maps, we like to use several apps for tracking time logs, easy access to projects, and have access to our planned deadlines to ensure all construction is on track for completion. Schedules for each project designated to each crew will receive daily notifications of planned objectives or any changes made regarding the project they are assigned to.
