Job Description
Supervisor Duties Include:
Set up locates for pending drop buries daily.
Route Drop bury crews daily
Complete regular QC inspections (2% to 5% of completed work)
Respond to damage claims / customer complaints
Repair Sprinklers or other light damages if needed
POC for Client
Respond to emails in a timely manner
Order materials
Communicate with leadership on a regular basis on all aspects of operations.
Assist drop bury crews as obstacles arise
Maintain tool inventory
Interview potential applicants
Maintain an orderly facility
Manage workflow – insure due dates are met properly forecast manpower needs in relation to work load
Have superior communication skills both in person and digital.
Have strong attention to detail
Be highly adaptable to an ever-changing environment
Be able to perform both Field and Office Operations in a seamless manner
Have advanced problem solving and Critical thinking
Be quick to learn new skill sets
Be open to direction
