In-house Pay is Hourly Based on Experience Subs will be paid on production
Qualifications
Foreman/Lineman with the ability to climb poles, operate Bucket Trucks, and winching equipment. Must have experience in Aerial and Underground placement/removal of Strand, Coax, Copper and Fiber. Be able to lead a crew, read prints, and keep up with as-builts. Coax/Copper splicing, Activation forward, reverse, sweep a major plus but not mandatory. Groundman with general knowledge of cable construction. ---Subs handle their own business.
Other Requirements
In-house - Clean Driving Record, CDL a PLUS! Must Pass Drug Screen & Background Check. Must have own hand tools and climbing gear. All other tools provided. ----Subs have truck, trailer, tools, GL and WC insurance.
Job Description
Aerial placement of strand, coax, copper, and fiber. Some pole transfers, splicing coax, anchors, down guys, wreck-out, lashing, and over-lashing cables. UG construction includes pulling/blowing cables in pipe, blowing string, and/or proofing duct.
