Job Description
• Serves as the points of contact to lead the FTTH project and manage the deployment, execution, and closeout of projects in rural, residential, and metropolitan areas with a team of in-house crews and subcontractors
• Manage the project budget, milestones, timelines, scope of work (SOW) definition, innovation, communication, resources, risks, customer satisfaction, vehicle maintenance, and life cycle of the project with careful attention to profit, loss, and timelines/deadlines
• Be consistent with our Core Values and mission and must not diminish our standards of performance or the quality of our work
• Consistently and accurately report project metrics including production, financial, and timeline to SVP of Operations, Program Manager (if applicable), providing project and client insights with a solutions orientation and can-do attitude
• Track, review, and approve in-house and subcontractor daily production reports, create and manage progressive project documentation
• Perform onsite surveys and coordinate field meetings to ensure projects meet the delivery & commitment dates identified
