MUST BE ABLE TO PASS BG, VALID DL, AND E-SCREEN
Job Description
Must have experience in cable construction practices. Aeriel builds.
Must have experience leading major construction operations and personnel.
Must be able to related to client/customers on progress and issues that affect timelines
Must have experience in job costing.
Must have a good knowledge of cable related design maps.
Ensures compliance and documentation of all applicable safety requirements.
Motivate, mentor and provide necessary direction to the field support team.
Analysis of projects for required process refinement and implementation.
Investigate project cost variances while ensuring that efficient processes are in place.
Ensure projects are progressing at rate that will meet or exceed agreed upon schedules.
Resolves issues affecting projects scope, quality, effort, risk, and timeline.
Reviews and provides feedback on assigned projects on a consistent basis.
Review construction job cost, maintenance and manpower scheduling.
Develops process to alert key people of conditions and delays that may negatively affect deliverables and/or costs for each project.
Review and approve invoicing and production related paperwork.
Monitor project budgets and the manpower requirements.
Ensure cost and pay inputs are provided and completed in a timely fashion
