Qualifications
We prefer that you are technology savvy and understand the various devices customers will have in their homes: the wired and Wi-Fi Gateway, TVs, Mobile Devices, IoT automation, and Telephones. The ideal candidate will be comfortable teaching customers how to use their new services, perform work respecting the customer and their home, and maintain a clean work environment.
Other Requirements
Ability to pass Background and Drug Tests, VALID Driver's License, and OSHA 10 Hr Safety Certification is a Plus.

Job Purpose:
We are looking to hire reliable and organized technicians to install, maintain, and repair video and
Internet services for residential and business clients using Fiber to the Home (FTTH) technology..
Responsibilities:
• Installing, maintaining, and repairing cables and related devices
• Performing maintenance on existing cabling systems
• Testing newly installed or relocated cables
• Connecting cabling to devices for Video, Voice, and Internet
• Troubleshooting issues with the network
• Completing paperwork
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or GED
• Previous work experience as a cable technician (Preferred)
• Knowledge of basic math, low-voltage electricity, and household-current electrical systems
• Ability to install Internet and Video equipment
• Ability to work in cramped spaces and attics
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, and fix problems related to the service
• Ability to identify independent colors and learn color codes
• Valid driver's license
• Pass drug screen and background check
