Job Description

Our dynamic construction company is looking for an experienced construction superintendent to plan and manage our projects. You’ll be in charge of managing general contractors, hiring subcontractors, and maintaining safety and compliance at the construction site. We are looking for someone with 5 years of construction field experience and a passion for managing others. Oversee daily operations of the company through scheduling and coordinating the projects according to the workflow.
Manage financial and resource budget.
Manage customer relations to ensure retention, customer satisfaction and long-term relationships.
Continuous improvement to ensure efficient, effective, and safe work practices.
Ensure that business operations are efficient, effective, and resources are properly managed.
Recruiting, hiring, firing and retention of Operations Team.
Set comprehensive goals for performance and growth utilizing Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) to instill a system of accountability that meets the company’s culture for each team member.
Lead team to achieve maximum performance and dedication through on-going coaching, proper communication, encouragement, team member feedback, performance reviews and management.
Communicate and instill the company’s Mission, Vision and Culture so that it is inter-woven throughout the organization and infiltrates the employee’s actions.
Evaluate performance by reviewing production metrics, Actual VS Budgeted
Design and implement business strategies to maintain and grow the company profits.
Receive and interpret daily/weekly management reports and provide details to President.
Coordination with peer leaders to plan, create strategies and execute the company business goals.
Execute annual AND 90-day plan and budget.
Clear understanding of all aspects of OSP Construction, including but not limited to: HDD, Aerial, Fiber Splicing, Etc
