Job Description
We are looking to add a qualified, and technically knowledgeable fiber technician to our team. The qualified technician will operate independently and with a team to work with customers on-site for ISP, OSP aerial fiber builds.
A solid understanding of multiple OSP/ISP splice enclosure by various manufacturers.
Be able to demonstrate advanced cable prep/single and mass fusion splicing and termination abilities.
Excellent fiber optic test and troubleshooting abilities to include fiber characterization, iOLM and advanced documentation and deliverable responsibilities.
This is an in-house full time permanent position. Typical work days are Monday-Friday and some regional travel may be required.
15 days of PTO to start thru 5 yrs; increases to 20 days of PTO after that and more after that! Medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with employer match offered. HRA, FSA, HSA, employer paid life insurance, & ADD, employer paid long term & short term disability, 10 paid holidays & more!
