Qualifications
Responsible for hiring, training, developing, mentoring and utilizing exempt & non exempt personnel. Responsible for routing work to all crews as well as call locates in for jobs as needed. Troubleshoot & resolve issues concerns or situations as they arise. Attend weekly safety meetings. Must be able to adapt to changes in a positive manner.
Other Requirements
Must be experienced & must have own truck, have the required insurance & valid DL. Prior leadership/supervisory experience preferred.

Numidia Group is hiring a Supervisor for Drop Bury Crews in Evansville IN area:
This is a HFC and fiber in conduit bury for fiber drops for Spectrum.
• Responsible for hiring, training, developing, mentoring and utilizing exempt and non-exempt personnel
• Responsible to develop and maintain effective relationship/partnerships with client and customers
• Responsible for routing work to all crews, as well as call locates in for jobs as needed
• Maintain and enforce company, federal, and state rules and regulations
• Troubleshoot and resolve concerns or situations as they arise
• Able to overcome problems and adapt to changes in a positive manner
• Attend weekly safety meetings held by Numidia Group.
Requirements:
• 3+ years prior experience
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred
• Valid driver’s license & work truck
• Passing of all pre-employment requirements (Background Check, Drug Screen)
• Excellent customer service, time management, problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to learn and operate testing equipment and software/programs (Penguin Data)
• Ability to safely navigate various terrains, managing equipment and tools
Travel is required. Any travel expenses will be reimbursed through the company with receipt.
