Generous hourly rate commensurate with experience in fiber splicing and managing crews. OT is also available.
Qualifications
As the most senior member of the Maine Fiber Team, this person should have at least 5+ years experience as a fiber splicer as well as experience in supervising crews and managing sub-contractors.
Other Requirements
As part of the job, all tools, vehicle, splice equipment, laptops, & phones needed will be provided to you. You do not need anything but a can-do attitude as this will be your department to run! Pre-Employment Requirements include drug screen, DOT Physical, valid drivers license in good standing and a background check.

Due to our company growth, we are looking to add a Fiber Technician Supervisor in our Fairfield ME office. He/She will provide overall technical management and growth of the fiber optic services team in Maine. The role will encompass mentoring and development of all fiber optic technical personnel as well as manage & monitor fiber sub-contractors. We are looking for someone who can maintain a strong field presence and product delivery focus.
This is an in-house full time permanent position. Typical work days are Monday-Friday and some regional travel may be required.
***$4500 Sign On Bonus for this role***
