TRIPLE PLAY AND ALL OTHER INSTALL WORK INCLUDING TC'S COMMERICIAL AND RESIDENTIAL ROUTES ABILITY TO USE AND FOLLOW SPECTRUM TECH MOBILE AND PREFORM METER TESTS WITH UPLOADS HHC AND ALL OTHER METRICS.
